What is your minimum order?

We recommend a minimum order of 25 pieces for a up to 3 colours. We can print as low as 10 pieces – however, you should expect to pay almost as much as a 25 piece job due to the labour involved in screen printing. 4 or more colours requires a minimum order of 50 pieces.

What garments do you use?

We use all sorts! The cheapest we tend to use is Gildan Heavy Cotton. Depending on what you want to achieve, we may recommend different products. Whether it be tri-blend fabric for the more fashion conscious, or longer length tees, camo, demin, polyester or cotton, providing stocks are available in the country we can get it.

Why are the numbers a little different to what I ordered?

Sometimes, during screen print runs, we have miss-prints. It’s part of the game. It might be one or two, sometimes ten – all depends on the order size. This is normal, no matter who is printing! We always try to keep extra stock on the shelves to compensate for this, but sometimes, we might not have the exact sizes to replace – in this case we replace with the nearest size we have.

Do you keep my screens?

We don’t keep screens – contrary to popular belief, they aren’t permanent. They are simply mesh with emulsion on them. After a print run, they are washed out and re-used for other jobs. We don’t charge a screen setup fee, so it makes no difference to you!

What is your turnaround time?

We usually say allow 7 days from artwork, approval and payment. Rush orders are available at extra cost. If any additional services are required – such as de-tag, labels etc, this can add to the timescale. Ask us on placing your order, and we can give you an idea of where we’re at.

Can you print a sample for me?

The setup involved in screen printing is lengthy and expensive, therefore we don’t offer sampling as a service. If you are unsure about quality, see our reviews and pictures of our work on social media. We send digital proofs for you to approve before we go ahead with any work.

Why are there shirts missing from my order?

If we don’t have the stock on the shelves to cover defected or miss-printed shirts, due to the nature of screen printing, we can’t stop mid-run and come back to it another day – we would finish and ship your order minus those shirts. You would be refunded for the missing shirts of course.

Do you offer sublimation or vinyl printing?

We don’t. For a time, we tried other printing methods, but we found that our love for screen printing was the most important thing to us. So, when we re-branded under Supreme Screen, we dropped everything and brought our focus back to what we love and what we are good at!
